Yes. Tribute displays can be booked for fairs, festivals, schools, veteran events, civic gatherings, patriotic celebrations, community memorials, and special ceremonies. Dates are based on availability, travel routing, setup requirements, and crew scheduling. The current booking page says requests are reviewed by the booking coordination team within two business days.
Start by selecting the tribute package you are interested in, choosing your preferred dates, and identifying the exact event location. You can then submit the booking/contact form or contact America’s Freedom Tribute directly. The current booking process also recommends calling the booking department to discuss dates, location, options, pricing, and availability.
After your request is received, the booking team will review your event information, confirm availability, discuss pricing and setup needs, and help determine which tribute package best fits your location and audience. Once details are finalized, an application and contract are provided. Your event is officially booked once the signed agreement and deposit are received.
The event host should provide a safe, accessible display location, event dates and hours, local contact information, and any details related to site access, security, ceremonies, volunteers, parking, and crowd flow. Depending on the tribute selected, additional requirements may include space for setup, lighting, power access, overnight security, and help coordinating arrival or escort.
Yes. America’s Freedom Tribute can provide guidance based on years of experience with memorial events. The current booking page notes that additional information about “Having a Successful Event” can be provided after booking, along with advice on ceremonies, promotion, event planning, photos, video, and community involvement.
Pricing depends on the tribute selected, travel distance, event dates, setup needs, and whether the tribute is being rented or purchased. These displays are designed for a smaller footprint while still delivering a high-impact educational and memorial experience.
Yes. Many of the tribute packages are designed to be educational as well as memorial in nature.
